  • Verifying spelling, names, dates, and other customization details.
  • Reviewing any design proofs before approval.

Artomania is not responsible for errors approved by the customer before production.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation or order verification for Cash on Delivery (if available).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays.
  • Artomania is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Refunds or replacements are provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before customization or production begins.
  • Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, logos, images, graphics, and text are the property of Artomania and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Customer Content

By uploading photos or artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.
  • The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Artomania reserves the right to refuse any order containing inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Artomania shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Delays caused by courier services.
  • Customer errors in submitted customization details.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

10. Privacy

Customer information is collected and used only for order processing, customer support, and service improvements. We do not sell customer data to third parties.
